What makes us different?

We are family-owned and fully insured business. We recommend that you only use legitimate and insured companies like us to ensure your safety is kept at heart. We offer a full, safe and secure process from booking, installation through to the collection of your hot tub.

We have public liability insurance, all of our staff are highly trained and all hot tubs are cleaned to a high standard.

How are the hot tubs filled with water?

We will take care of the filling process when we install your hot tub but you’ll need an inside or outside water tap for us to use. You have the ability to tell us what kind of tap you have at the point of booking.

What is the temperature of the hot tub?

The hot tubs heat up to a maximum of 40 degrees celsius but you can select any desired lower temperature. Just bear in mind that it will naturally cool down a couple degrees when in use.

How long does it take for the inflatable hot tub to be set up?

It takes approximately 30-40 minutes to set up and from 1 to 3 hours to fill the hot tub with water, depending on your water pressure and tap arrangement.

Are your hot tubs safe for use with children?

Yes as long as supervised by an adult at all times. We recommend children who can not swim/ touch the floor of the hot tub wear armbands or use a swimming float. It can also be good to lower the temperature, especially for younger children.

What do you need from me to set up the hot tubs?

To set up the hot tub we need a tap and stable power supply that’s within 5-7 metres. (Power cable fits through most security locks on the window if no outdoor plug). In terms of space, we need a level surface of up to 2.5m x 2.5m, this depends on what hot tub you choose to hire.

When will you deliver the hot tub?

We will deliver the hot tub on your chosen date. We will contact you the day before to arrange delivery and installation time. The aim is to deliver the hot tub at your desired time but on busy days we may not be able to meet your time requirement. We always try our best to accommodate you.

How do I book a hot tub?

How long can I book for?

You can book for 4 days, 7 days or up to 30 days. You can have it for less than 4 days but the rate will remain the same. 

What happens on collection day?

All we ask is that you empty the hot tub on the day we are due to collect it. You can simply pull the plug to empty the water, or siphon it through to a drain. Once we arrive we will require access to the water & electricity source to test and collect the unit.

You will be provided with full instructions when we install your hot tub.

How much do they cost to fill up with water and run with electricity?

We’ve calculated on average it will cost just over £3 of water to fill up and then £1.50 – £2.50 on your electricity bill for every 24 hours of running time.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most NE and DH postal codes free of charge. Some rural areas may have an additional charge so always give us a call if you live quite rural or outside of our stated postal code areas.

When do you collect the hot tub?

We will collect the hot tub between 08:00 & 17:00 on the last day of your booking.

Is there a damage deposit?

We require a cash security deposit of £100.00 on delivery & installation and this is refunded to you on collection as long as the hot tub hasn’t been damaged or subjected to abuse. The manufacturer’s faults will not affect your deposit. Above and beyond the £100 deposit you remain liable for any damages caused whilst in your possession. (All of our hot tubs are fully insured.). It is your responsibility to protect the hot tub and any accessories against theft. 

Is there anything I need to do to maintain the hot tub?

The filter needs to be put through warm water and rinsed during the time of your hire. We will provide full instructions and demonstrate what you need to do to ensure you get the most fun out of your hot tub!

How many people can fit in a tub?

Depending on the type of hot tub you select it will accommodate 4-8 people.

What if it rains?

All of our hot tubs can be used in the rain without any concerns.  (But remember to not handle electrics when it is wet).

What chemicals are used in the hot tub?

Chlorine is used to keep the water clean and healthy. If you hire for longer than a week, additional pH adjusters may need to add. However, don’t worry full training will be provided, with demonstrations on how to maintain your hot tub throughout the time it is with you. We are also always available if you have any questions.

Are your hot tubs cleaned?

Our hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned before each hire. We are very Covid-19 aware so we will do our utmost to ensure your safety.
