PLEASE NOTE: Installation is usually between 08:00 & 17:00 (Thursday) and collection is usually between 08:00 & 14:00 (Monday). You’ll receive a text message the day before installation around 18:00 confirming your time slot.

Please note that if using cold water, tubs can take up to 48 hours to fill and heat up depending on outdoor temp. We highly recommend using a hot tap for same day usage.

Health and Safety is our number one priority, which is why we exceed in our hygiene by being second to none. Our tubs are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each hire. We use brand new filters for each hire and we add the right chemicals to the water on set up. Your hot tub will be delivered and set up by a professional member of our team who will set up everything correctly and carry out water testing and provide you with all information you require such as heating, bubbles, and music

A brand new, clean filter is installed on set up, you must regularly take the filter out and clean it under a hot water tap. Please note, the filter may not return to the white color it was at the beginning of the hire. Certain factors such as garden soil or residue, fake tan, makeup, hair products, moisturizers, washing detergents and natural skin oils will affect the filter and potentially the water quality. It is for this reason amongst many others that we ALWAYS use a brand new filter per hire.

Recommended usage, 30 minute intervals with regular breaks as per product instructions. Please cover the tub when not in use. this will protect the water and allow the tub to reheat. Please use responsibly, pro longed use can cause your body to overheat, dehydration, nausea and fainting. If at any point you experience shortness of breath, dizziness or feel unwell, leave the tub carefully and sit in a well ventilated space to cool down. Remember when using the tub that bubble jets are constantly blowing cold air through the water, long use of this will cool down the water. Please note our team can only advise you on this, we cannot control the water temp, the weather, garden surfaces, or overall usage of the spas. It is your responsibility throughout the hire to ensure instructions are followed to get the maximum enjoyment from our spa hires.

– You will need to empty the water before collection from the hot tub

– You must clean the filter (we will show you how) in between the uses.

– NO FAKE TAN IS ALLOWED.
